Fantastic value for money. Staff that served us were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were early but not a problem at all. Nice views of bandstand and sea front. Plenty of prosecco with the tea. Really enjoyable, thank you.

The hotel is conveniently placed on the sea front within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and the town.

The hotel has a small selection of car parking spaces out front. One of them is allocated as a disabled bay. They let us park there as it was not being used but they did charge us. It may be worth ringing them and checking if it can be reserved. Parking is very expensive in Brighton and is the biggest issue in visiting this lovely seaside town.
