Normally I hate Travelodges, but this one was fine - friendly staff, nice size room (for under £50), and buffet breakfast which hit the spot first thing in the morning after the London to Brighton cycle race. Not too far from town, only negative is...More
The room was a good size and staff were friendly. Hotel is very out of the way so if you want to be closer to the city centre choose the seafront. The bedding was dirty and didn't fully cover the duvet (which was dirty) overall...More

When we arrived and saw the building we were worried and we had every right to worry! The lifts in the hotel are very old and very slow so we found that walking to our room was quicker (5th floor) Our room was very basic...More

It’s about 25 minute walk to North Street/West Street if you accept that as a central point. And a 10 minute walk to Preston Circus for the first decent pubs in the walk into town. There is a bus service that stops right outside the hotel which will take you to the centre. But I wouldn’t move my car from the hotel car park and pay central prices.

Hi, the bus stop is just accross the road from the hotel, and goes right to the pier, which is ideal if you do not want to pay parking charges in town, also very pleased that I could get my wheelchair on the bus as well, when you get the bus back it stops just up the road from hotel, sorry but can't remember the number of bus, we did not use any taxis , hope this helps 😊

Really sorry, I don;t know. We have cats and they prefer not to travel with us. I can only second what Jackie and Phib have suggested. There is a huge park directly opposite, ideal for dog walks. Have a good trip.
