My husband and I stayed here in January. It is just across the pier, ferris wheel and walking distance to just about everything. The room had huge windows over looking the water and pier and was comfortable. Our breakfast was cooked to order and the staff answered all sorts of questions we had about places to eat and walking distances...

We have visited the Amsterdam Bar regularly over the past 5 years. On each occassion the staff have been great and deliver outstanding customer service. Last Sunday we went in again for lunch and was very impressed with the food. It was a very good value roast dinner and came with plenty of veg, roast potatoes and Yorkshire. The bar...

I have been having the odd drinks now and again at this venue over the years. I have never stayed here. We did the usual Brighton Sunday stroll on the seafront yesterday and went into the Amsterdam for Sunday lunch (first time). Lunch was the normal standard food you get for around £10... Service was great.. Drinks fine.... When a...

Right at the heart of Brighton this is a lovely hotel with really friendly people running it. Great bar with music underneath is an added bonus. This does mean that if you are an early to bed sort of person make sure you ask for a room away from the front especially the first floor. Definitely worth a stay, it...

Stayed in the boutique room, was nice and comfy with walk in shower a huge tv and views across to the pier and sea. Staff were really friendly and allowed us a late check out at no extra charge. The location of this place is excellent, just a 15 minute walk to the railway station and only a few minutes...

Amazing location and lovely friendly staff, room was small but clean, was lovely and warm and car parking for £7.50 a day is a great price however be prepared to search for a space. the rooms are pretty clean-I mainly went there for the value but I was pleasantly surprised with it-I was given a free room upgrade-maybe I got lucky. But the room we got instead of wonderful with a pleasant view-however my friends who didnt get the upgrade stayed up quite late due to the water boiler or something inside their walls...

Great overall experience. Friendly staff always happy to help, awesome location for almost everything your going to want to visit in Brighton. It would have been better if they offered a cooked breakfast in the price but the continental food is fine if your content with that. The bar/club below is nice but loud if your in a front/sea view,...

We had no idea that trying to find a place to park in Brighton on a Saturday would be such a nightmare - long story short, and first tip, deep breath and pay the parking charge at 'The Lanes', a relatively short walk away and after 8pm you can park in a city bay for free during the weekend. Right,...
