Fantastic location - very close to shops, bars, pavilion, pier. Basic accommodation but clean - you get what you pay for and cheap price for Brighton / location. No breakfast but plenty of places nearby to eat.

Just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the seafront and from town this place is in the perfect location. At £30 per person per night the price was simply unbeatable at the time we booked. The place was clean but outdated, however you do get what you pay for and for such a cheap price I wasn't expecting anything...

The place was clean and the atmosphere warm. The location is great as it's literally one minute away from Churchill square and...

I stayed there twice with my girlfriend and it couldn't be better. The owner is lovely and really friendly. I stayed in two diferent bedrooms and both were realy clean and tidy. Moreover, the price and the location were perfect(1). For me it's definitly the best place to stay in Brighton, and I know that I'll go there again.. :)

Reviews are a bit mixed on this one; I guess it depends on what you expect. Sandpiper is a reasonably priced accommodation with a very nice owner. I stay here a couple of times a year, when visiting Brighton with friends. The landlord always makes us feel very welcome. The place is clean and safe and the location is perfect....
