I stopped here for one night recently. I chose it mainly because of the location in Kemp Town, which is an easy walk to most parts of Brighton and the other good reviews. Kemp Town is a lively quirky part of Brighton just immediately behind the seafront, with lots of great local bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, but it's only...

Five friends met up in Brighton and we were attracted to this hotel because of the write ups about the breakfast. The hotel is clean and tidy with tea making facilities in the rooms, apples were provided rather than biscuits, which proved popular. The staff were friendly and the breakfast lived up to the write ups. There is a particularly...

Stylish 1930 s Art Decco Town House. Beautifully and tastefully decorated Great food All products are organically sourced Great location . Close to Town and to the Pier. Some beds are four posters and really elegant Will definitely recommend . Clean . Tidy and good quality. Slept really well. Family run but has 24/7 access via easy coded entry system...

Found room very good. Clean tidy just been painted. Breakfast good. Staff polite. And it stops there. When we arrived told on second floor. 4 flights of stairs quite steep. Explained to staff that I suffered with Asthma and could we get a change of rooms on the ground floor. Told none available. We had booked for two nights for...

As the title states let's start with the positives. Breakfast was exceptional with a very wide choice to suit, I would imagine, even the fussiest of eaters. We stayed for 2 nights and I therefore tried the Full English on my first morning and the boiled duck eggs on the second. Both were exquisite and the service superb. The theme...

The good bits were : location to central Brighton and within short walking distance from the beach and The Lanes. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful and decor was deco, as described. Nice towels and bed linen also complimentary bathroom products, no hairdryer available. The poor bits of our visit were the room had recently been decorated so had a VERY...

Attended a wedding in Brighton at the weekend and needed a one-night stay. Booked a single-room at Paskins. It was a third-floor climb up a steep staircase and shared bathroom with two other twin(?) rooms. Room was pokey and bed not particularly comfortable. £60 is an inexpensive price for Brighton, a town with hotels that are frightfully over-priced, but next...

I booked this hotel as it had one room left on Brighton Marathon weekend. We were made to feel very welcome and the best part was the wonderful vegan breakfasts cooked for us each morning. Every member of staff is super friendly and helpful and we will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

I had a lovely stay here last weekend. The staff were very friendly with great personality, the breakfast was nice, and the location good. Nothing I can fault really, big thumbs up for being ethical too!

I originally booked this for one night as I had a close relative in the hospital and wanted to be nearby but had to extend which they did without fuss. When I needed to extend my stay for two nights they couldnt have been nicer. I booked an ensuite single room which was quiet and with a lovely big shower....
