Perfect location overlooking the seafront. Yes, the hotel would benefit from being refurbished but understandably in the current economic climate this would be a huge investment at a time when business is tough. Meanwhile the staff and management appear to be doing the best job they can to keep demanding guests happy. Rebecca on reception is a real credit to...

To put this review into some sort of context it is worth noting that I booked two twin bedded rooms back in June 2016 for a March 2017 stay. However,on arriving at the hotel the first receptionist I spoke to seemed to struggle to understand English and certainly could not grasp our surnames even though neither is particularly unusual. So...

I found a deal on wowcher for this hotel which was reduced from £140 to £79. It was for a one night stay for two people with breakfast included which I thought was a bargain! When we arrived we spoke to a very helpful lady who was very welcoming and chatty. However, we were not made aware of the parking...

Stayed here for a night booking two rooms with a friend. The one was a fair distance from the reception but it didn't matter. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and a decent coffee from the coffee machines which were a nice touch in the privilege rooms. There was a kettle as well for tea drinkers or instant coffee....

We stayed in a small double room at the back of the hotel and payed nearly 140 pounds for the privilege. The room was clean but very basic, even though the bed was very comfortable. The wifi is free and I managed to stream live TV on my device (normally hotels throttle the speeds). Staff are friendly and helpful. The...

Thank you for your comments and I am pleased you had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we are not next to the station however we offer one of the best sea views in the city. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection on offer. I hope when in Brighton you will return in the future. Iain Lindsay...

Handsome hotel with charm. A trifle tatty round the edges but we kinda liked that. We were in the mews area which was a great size Room with access to an outside area. Newer than other parts and all in good condition. Huge comfy bed. Only downside was that even though we booked via their own Accor site, when we...

Booked a buy a gift voucher stay but... its not mentioned at all on the website that the dates we chose are not covered by the voucher. My wife asked to speak to a manager and conveniently , they'd gone into a meeting with no fixed time for finishing. We asked to be called back but surprise surprise no call...

Stayed for a weekend event in Brighton, the Hotel is a little dated but had booked a superior room (room 111) with a balcony using my Accor Hotels membership which saved 10% on the room cost. The room was clean and comfortable king size bed. The only minor issue was how warm the room was, but after leaving the balcony...

My wife and I checked in for a three night stay, loosely planned around Valentine's day. On arriving in the room (110), we were delighted with the size of the bedroom itself, the large bathroom, the balcony and the sea view. The bed seemed to be extremely comfortable and we looked forward to a very enjoyable break. On the first...

Thank you for your review which I have replied to personally to your direct contact with the hotel.
