This hotel never fails to make an impact on us, not in all probability everybody's cup of tea due to its age. Not contemporary as modern hotels go in interior decoration. Built some 125 years ago still has a feel of charm and stateliness. Staff in reception are excellent.

Dear Alainechristian, Thank you for contacting me with your enquiry. I can confirm that any guest wishing to have a take away delivered, must collect from the delivery driver personally from the hotels lobby. We do not allow delivery drivers on to the guest floors, but delivery drivers must have the full name of the guest that they are delivering to. If a delivery is after 11pm and the driver does not have the guests full name to check the guest is staying at the hotel they will not be allowed in to the hotel lobby. Kind regards Sascha Koehler - Area General Manager
