I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend as we travelled to Brighton to attend a wedding.
The location of the hotel is great as it is right on the seafront.
Our room was nice. It has it's own decor to it and I think...More
The hotel from outside does not look too bad, inside was a different matter. Everything looked tacky. The whole place needed a good clean and decorations in each room need updating. We were there for 6 days and did not hear a vacuum cleaner at...More
Had I not been checking in at 11pm I would never have entertained staying at this hotel having seen the state of it when I arrived. When checking in, I had to use the toilet so went down the maze of corridors to use the...More
Spend £99 on a standard double, arrived to no one in reception for 10 minutes security finally found someone to check us in. We were given a free upgrade to a sea view room, but have to say the quality of the room was awful...More
We booked this as it was all we could find at the last minute... when we arrived there was a wedding reception going on which was fine but quite noisy but we weren't too worried. Our room was small at the end of long corridor...More

i makes your blood boil doesn't it the glammy photos they put on yet there nothing like it surely its wrongly advertising and are breaking the law. talk about rip off its wrong and something should be done about it we have endured a similar thing words cannot describe our experience. but nothing done about it from National Holidays........ yes there cheap but that doesn't mean to say we have to live in filth and old smelly rooms and dirty beds and on and on does it. and how some get rated 5* God only knows.....plus from a tv holiday show the * ratings means nothing really so why on earth do they rate them anyway. False pretences. and even now this certain hotel we stayed in still continues to do business. I'm not asking Ritz just the same standards I live in at home I don't live with 6 inches of dust on my tv or bedroom wardrobe so why should I pay for that which was in our case and seem your too. WHO DOES CARE I ASK and which Hotel does show truthful pictures of how it really is ???? ive never found 1 as yet.... sad.... they get our money then your a nobody
