The only good thing I can write is that Josh at reception is a really nice guy and was very helpful. Other than that I can't say anything good about it. The parking was on the street and cost $16 for 24 hours.

I stayed for 3 nights in the sea facing superior room on the 2nd floor. Everything was as described on their website, breakfast was fine with a large portion of cooked food. I do not drive so was unaffected by parking issues, but was aware that the area could be noisy from traffic or seagulls, so appreciated the earplugs, though... More

I paid £80 for a Friday night stay. I forgot how awful parking is around that area of Kemp Town. There is no one to check you in after 6.30pm so good luck on your own negotiating the double buzzer door. I stayed in Preston , a small double on the first floor. I didnt see a lift anywhere so... Booked a superior room with four-poster bed at very short notice and was delighted. The location is very convenient for the seafront and all of central Brighton. The local Kemp Town area is really buzzy with loads of quirky shops, cafes and bars (recommend the pub on the corner - great music!) The room was really spacious as was the... More

Last minute booking for a couple of days away. Lovely little BnB, clean with a generous breakfast within VERY easy walking distance of the pier without having the hustle of the beach front. Met by a lovely young man on the day we arrived who took our bags up to our room for us while we looked for a parking... More
