We stayed at the Beach Pad Escape, on Madeira Place, for three nights. It is in a great location; walking distance to the pier, beach, shops and restaurants. We had a double room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and had modern decoration, with an en suite. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room so we...

We've stayed at the Beach Pad and the Beach Pad Escape (recently open - around the corner from BP). Both lovely B&Bs with gorgeous en suite bedrooms. Lovely hosts who were very accommodating and catered for our every need. Breakfast is served in 1 of 2 cafes (depending which residence you stay in) - both serve amazing full Englishes and...

The beach pad is really a B&B in my opinion, not a hotel. Parking permits £10 per 24 hour, we had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking space. Found a space eventually, about 15 minute walk from the hotel. We had room 2, with view of a dirty stone wall. Very poor! 2 off the 3...

I really hate leaving negative feedback on hotels, especially as I left it in the hands of my girlfriend to find a lovely hotel for our only little holiday from London this summer & for it to go so wrong but unfortunately this B&B really must get the basics right if people are to recommend it. We are a young...

The Beach Pad is a small boarding house in Broad Street, located just off St James Street and a short walk to the Brighton Pier and the town centre. This area has a number of bars, cafes and night clubs. The Beach Pad is a bit deceptive, from the outside it looks nothing special but the rooms have all been...

This hotel was cute and small but very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Brilliant location, very close to the seafront. Breakfast was included in the price and was served in a small cafe on the corner at the end of the street, a minutes walk from the hotel, and was delicious! The parking was a bit of a nightmare...

I stayed in the Beach Pad Brighton, for two nights this weekend (the 8th and 9th of May) What a cosy little haven. We arrived late Friday. On buzzing the door of this and speaking to Lini on the intercom, the door was remotely unlocked for is. This is a different experience to most hotels, not your usual reception area,...

Good standards, free wifi and breakfast included, clean rooms and great location. Everything is in a walking distance from the hotel, and it is located at the seaside which is very beautiful. Lini, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I had a nice stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic accommodation, beautifully decorated light airy apartment. It's a stones throw away from the beach. The transport links are great if you want Brighton or it's a 20 minute walk along the beach. Hove is the posher part of Brighton and has plenty of fantastic little restaurants and Tea rooms locally. There's loads of nice shops and Hove Railway is...

I booked The Beach Pad as a place to stay while I attended a training course, I was looking for something affordable and was pleasantly surprised with my find. I could not afford much as a new business owner and was worried where I would end up! As my first time away alone I wanted to feel safe and comfortable....
