We stayed on a hot weekend in Brighton and the room was boiling - the air in the house is incredibly still so there's no respite from it.

Booked for a last minute night away with the missus. Great location, room and bathroom clean, great friendly greeting, cracking breakfast, and owners extremely helpful in looking after our bag the next day whilst we went out.
Will definitively be back.
