Great little hotel which I came to on my motorbike. Great location, near the main beach and a short walk to the pier itself.

The floor moved when you walked on it Gary there was a floorboard missing under the carpet the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and it was up 4 floors no lift really steep stairs if you tripped you would be dead lol
Less of a hotel and more of an old fashioned seaside boarding house - and that's not really a criticism
Like a lot of the smaller "hotels" in Brighton there aren't really any public spaces and the rooms are small but functional.
