We (a group of 6 people) stayed here for one night. The location is perfect but that's about it. Even though it was for only one night, it was very uncomfortable and gross. The sheets smelled, the bathroom was unclean and the overall hygiene was poor. We had a room with a sea view but because of the single glazing... More

Location of the hostel is great, next to the sea front, round the corner from a great fish and chips restaurant, great for clubs to Pryzm and other bars along the sea front. A walk away from the main high street so perfect for all location needs. Beds were very comfy, the room was a bit cold until all of... More

Amazing service, immaculate and comfortable. Had to stay here because the trains weren't playing ball. They were really good to me and by a stroke of luck could give me a room to myself. Would stay here again.

Two stars only due to the location otherwise one star. It did the job for a a one night stay for Brighton nightlife but the hostel itself was the worst I've stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few. The bathroom was very dirty, toilet didn't flush, and the shower had bugs and mould everywhere.

Helpful staff, but don't expect luxury, it is a hostel and you get, what you paid for. Stayed here two times, never had any problems. No breakfast, but there are plenty places near by. Towels not provided, you can rent one, it only costs £1

I've stayed in heaps of hostels so I know what to expect. But this one was probably the dirtiest/most uncomfortable one I've had to stay in. Staff were nice enough but everything else was below av. Weird odour in the rooms. Bathrooms/showers were gross. Room was dirty. Bed was average with average linen and a sliver of a pillow. Noise... More

We stayed here for a night and that truly was enough. The guys on reception are very pleasant and helpful and this is a hostel too, We've never stayed in a hostel and won't be staying here again, the beds are just so uncomfortable. We did have a room on our own with a shower and toilet, so I suppose... More

I know this is a hostel and you can't expect a great standard, but this place is disgusting and unhygienic. First of all the reception: check in/out was quick and staff were ok but the reception area behind the desk was a complete mess, with piles of bed sheets and whatnot on the floor. Our room was in the "seafront"... More
