This is a lovely B&B in Brighton kemptown. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and it's only about 15 minutes from the train station (and 5 to the pier). The only things which stopped me giving it 5 was that the room doesn't appear to be very well sound proofed as the gulls and pigeons woke us...

What a fantastic stay. Treated so well by the manager-breakfast in bed was a true delight after getting back at 5am. Can't wait to stay again. Even got a parking space right outside; result. Clean, cool and up grade was a bonus.

My wife and stayed here when they were under renovations and had some "one-time" issues with the works in progress (hot water) but the hotel addressed them all for us and was very attentive. Kenny in particular (the manager) gave us wonderful suggestions for places to see and eat. He also helped me make sure a package got to where...

We had a wonderful stay at Kemp Townhouse. Friendly welcome on arrival. We were too early to check in so were able to leave our bag and go out. On our return after some shopping (only 10-15 min walk to the Lanes and 5 min to Brighton Pier) our room was all ready and our bag was in our room....

Stayed here in December with my boyfriend, the hotel is in a great location just at the end of A Main Street to Brighton shopping and very near the pier. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! They even offered free room service to have breakfast in bed. There were shampoo and conditioner available in the rooms.

We had a really lovely 2 night stay here between Christmas and New Year. The room is tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. A touch small, but perfectly formed. The complimentary decanter of port was a nice touch too. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and location perfect - can't ask for more really.

We stayed here for one night in the luxury single. Cosy room. Warm and homely with the added touch of the decanter of port. Comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries in bathroom with nice towels/gown/slippers. Quiet hotel. Staff excellent and very accommodating. Good wifi. Gorgeous breakfast, lots of choice and lovely fresh goods. Had it brought to the room at no extra...

We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. I needed to change my booking prior to my stay and this was done so for me with no problems at all. On arrival, we received a warm welcome. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. We were also very pleased with the...

The glass of port awaiting me in the room was an unexpected delight. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. The bacon beautifully crisp. The eggs were tasty, and the cumberland sausage was delicious. Also a nice touch to serve a shot of smoothie as a way to clear the tastebuds of a morning!

Lovely welcome. Great room with nice touches... port in a decanter, beautiful decor, fluffy towels. And breakfast the next day was fantastic too. Delicious full English and pastries and repeatedly refilled coffees. Would highly recommend.
