We are staying at Robertsbrook guest house at the moment and are having a great stay. It is a really lovely guest house and is spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. The owner Claire is really friendly and gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. She is also knowledgeable about the area and interested in what destinations her guests...

If you are looking for an impersonal hotel this isnt the place for you. It isnt a hotel, its a home from home. Claire who runs the guest house is a delight, she bent over backwards to make our stay welcoming and friendly. When we arrived (after a 100 mile walk) she poured us celebratory glasses of wine for free....

we spent a very nice long weekend there. Location is perfect. Our room was a bit small, but VERY clean and with a VERY comfortable bed. Great breakfast, big and tasty, lovely host. We enjoyed every minute.

We stayed for a two-night break in Room 5 which was one of the most comfortable and well appointed rooms we've ever had, beating many hotels both UK and abroad. The room and the rest of the guest house was spotlessly clean and clearly very well maintained with tasteful decoration and furnishings. Breakfast was a good choice and very well...

A two night break for our first visit to Swanage. Robertsbrook was a good choice for us, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, together with nice touches of a chiller in the room, ample beverages, wine glasses and corkscrew. Minutes walk to the beach and town, plus parking on site, breakfasts of generous choice and size, with friendly hosts,...

We arrived and were met by Claire [the owner]. She apologised that we were in the smaller room but could not move us. We had booked at short notice, so no complaint. The off road parking was sorted immediately. Cars were moved so that we could get off road. The room was small but so neat and tidy. All the...

This place is an absolute gem, and quite frankly the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, we stayed in room 5 right at the top of the house (would ask for this room again). The breakfast was outstanding, all was cooked fresh to order and there was plenty of it!! Would...

We visited on a short spring break and I can't praise highly enough. Situated just across the road from the Swanage Steam Railway it is in a surprisingly quiet location. Our room was excellent, very comfortable and nicely finished. There's a flat screen TV and a small chiller in the wardrobe. The shower was powerful and certainly hot enough. A...

Everything a B&B should be. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast and comfy bed! Ideally situated which meant we could mooch around Swanage without moving the car which is always handy. Supermarket just across the road if you needed anything too. We had one night in Rm3 and one night in Rm1....both fine, would definately use again x
