We had a bed breakfast and evening meal deal which was excellent. The 7 course tasting menu was superb. Breakfast was delicious. Staff in restaurant were extremely attentive and friendly. We had a great time. Short walk into Sherborne. which is lovely. Abbey worth a visit. Can't fault it and will be returning.

We have just returned from a wonderful over night stay at the Eastbury. We could not fault anything; the 7 course taster meal was delicious as was the breakfast the following morning. The room was spacious and warm. All staff were extremely attentive and helpful. How on earth is this hotel only 3 star?! We would certainly recommend thus hotel...

We stayed on an Amazon local deal and it was just divine. We had a room facing the road but it was so quiet it didn't matter. As others have said this is a three star hotel but one of the best we have stayed in and deserved at least another star. The home made lemon biscuits in the room...

I have never felt so relaxed after a stay in this beautiful traditional hotel with lots of extras in the room that give a luxurious feel. I love the cafetierre and homemade biscuits in the room. Also bathrobes and gorgeous toiletries. Crisp cotton bedding and wonderfully comfortable pillows. The 7 course tasting menu with accompanying wine flight was delicious! The...

We stayed here in January on a secret escapes deal. amazing value for money. We stayed in Geranium, which I had no problem with, a small room on the front of the hotel but clean and with everything we needed, at the end of the day it's a bedroom. The food was excellent ( loved the goats cheese) We had...

This was probably the best value for money dinner bed and breakfast we have ever experienced. We purchased a deal on Amazon Local that included the 7 course taster menu and a superior room for about £140 in January. Our room was very spacious - Queen size bed, roll top bath in the room, lounge area, & newly refurbished bathroom...

We had a mini midweek break here, actually saw it advertised on travel zoo but booked directly. Still got an amazing deal, £218 for two nights with breakfast and one seven course gourmet tasting dinner which was amazing. The room was up in the attic (bluebell if you cannot manage steep stairs) but that didn't bother us. It was spacious,...

What a little hidden gem, yes its only 3 stars, but that because it’s a listed building in a stunning town which is Sherborne, we stayed in the Geranium room, which I see has had a few negative reports, well all I say is, that yes, probably it is the one of smaller rooms, but you sleep there not hold...

This was our third visit to The Eastbury, this time with 11 of us for a family celebration. We needed lots of rooms, everything worked smoothly. Margaret and I were in Orchid at the front of the hotel; comfortable, warm, well appointed. The 7 course tasting menu was excellent, and we thought it was even better than before. You certainly...

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was clear that many of the guests had stayed before. We booked - Bed & Breakfast plus 7-course taster menu. The taster menu was delightful, but what stands out the most for me was the breakfast. It was splendid, from the muesli through to the 'Full English'. It was one of the best breakfasts...
