A great place to stay, very comfortable double bed room with an en-suite shower room & WC. Also dog-friendly which was great for me travelling with a small well-behaved dog. The breakfast choice was excellent and cooked breakfast is to order. Lovely owners who were most friendly and super-helpful. Shaftesbury town is well worth a visit.

This a a warm B & B in every sense of the word. The owners are friendly and welcoming and you want for nothing. The rooms are clean and the meals are great. I would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

Returning once again to this first class B/B we found it had not changed its warm welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are still extremely comfortable and well appointed the meals are first rate and we would hesitate in recommending it to anyone visiting the area.It is our intention to return for our fifth visit very soon we hope. This really is a fantastic B&B with lovely, friendly owners. You want for nothing. The breakfast and dinners are 1st class not to mention the desserts. Lol I've seen pretty much all the rooms on offer and can honestly say they are extremely comfortable and relaxing with a warm, homely feeling. The beds are very comfortable as well, infact I... My wife and I stayed in the family room with our three kids, ages 13, 10, and 8. Very comfortable accommodations, and the owners were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed at a variety of B&B's on our recent trip to England, and I have to say that Ian and Diane were hands down the friendliest innkeepers we met.... More

We were made to feel welcome from the start. The room was very clean and pleasantly decorated. A lot of thought went into the extras, everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. Also a nice vase of flowers in the room. Although our room was at the front of the house there was no noticeable noise from traffic... More

I stayed there with my husband and our 6 months old daughter. The owner is friendly and very helpful, from helping my luggage, set up baby cot and make a booking for dinner at a pub. The room is immaculately clean, and have lots of extra amenities (and not a cheap skate one!), such as cookies, fresh flowers, 3 sets... More

I reiterate the previous reviews, probably the best B and B I've stayed in. My sister and I only had one night Sunday 25 March in Room 1 whilst visiting family in the area but boy what a treat!! Diane and Ian are a most warming and friendly couple and extremely helpful. Room was spacious, good shower, very comfy beds,... More

This is a great B and B. Diane and Ian went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They are genuinely kind and thoughtful. We stayed in room one which was immaculately clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot and the beds were comfy. It is only a 5 min wander into town. Breakfast was well... More
