The idea and concept is fantastic! The chocolate is great! We had a suite on the top floor but I think this needs to be recategorised as a superior room as its a not got a real separate area for seating as the sofa is only 2 ft from the bed! The duty manager from Portugal was fantastic and a...

Awful stay. We paid more than 100£ for a suite for only a night and the room didn't worth a penny. There was a sofa and a coffee table only, some coffee and teas and the bed, and a tiny tv. There were two speakers for music, both of them broken. The room was claustrophobic, the only "luxury" thing if...

In Bournemouth for a gig at the BIC which is well within walking distance, as is the Pier and all other attractions. Staff cannot do enough for you, free chocolate everywhere. Chocolate courses available. Chocolate extras including chic fountain in bedroom. Cannot recommend enough. Breakfast fantastic, all tastes catered for including Vegetarian Full English.
