We went downstairs to complain but got told that was the only room available for our party since they had given our room...

I stayed at the Croham Hotel for two nights and overall it was a good hotel. The room was slightly dated and could do with a makeover as a few of the walls had many marks and dents on and the wallpaper was peeling. The TV however needs to be moved as it was put in a very difficult position...

If you're expecting luxury this place is not it. The negative reviews on here seem to miss this point and the expectations were obviously high on booking. It is a decent enough hotel, rooms are well decorated very clean and comfortable....yes there is room for improvement but you know what it does what you need...a decent nights sleep etc

I stayed for one night and whilst it's not luxury it was clean and comfortable and served the purpose of somewhere to stay that didn't cost the earth. Location was good, could walk to town and beach no problem.
