Staff all with attitude, charged for wifi and parking, bath towels the size of tea towels and rooms so small we had to leave the room to change our minds. Says on booking.com no need for credit card details to secure booking however credit card details asked for and subsequently charged. We wanted to pay cash for our rooms and...

Stayed 1 night here as working locally. Lovely reception and room was what I expected although the door not locking was the first suprise. Straight to bed from working late and up for a shower to no water not no hot water but no water at all. I am guessing but as I was on the top floor I would...

Our room (twin) was not what we expected on arrival. A bit small, and one of the beds had been slept 'on' as there was clearly a head dent in the pillow, covers un-tucked and the towels from the foot of the bed, kicked on the floor. Receptionist moved us to a triple room next door and apologised. This room...

I had booked a family room and requested either one double bed and two singles, or four singles. When we opened the room door and discovered two double beds, I...

Plenty of good points including good location near the beach and smart room, albeit small, but totally inappropriate to rip people off charging for wifi in this day and age. They also charge to stay in their hotel car park.

On arrival had a warm greeting from the receptionist, they went through everything including explaining the Car Park & Wifi charges. Stayed in a single room which to be faired had enough room but the Bathroom was abit of a let down very cramped. Next morning went down for breakfast, no menus so no idea what was on offer but...
