Stayed at the laguna for the new year. The rooms could do with being updated but are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The staff are all very warm and welcoming. A 10 minute walk into Bournemouth centre. All in all good base if you are travelling to Bournemouth.

just so out of date with the real world. I dont thibnk I can descirbe it any other way. Dated, smelly, decor so last century. Ok location thoguht and the staff are reasonably helpful but local taxi firms call it faulty towers.

My wife and I stayed at the Laguna Hotel in Bournemouth as part of a Turkey and Tinsel group holiday. The coach picked us up in Mansfield on the Monday morning and took us down to the south coast. The hotel was on a half board basis which included cooked breakfasts and 3 course evening meal. We had an included...

I found the Laguna to be staffed by friendly and helpful people. After arriving at reception, I was shown to the room I was to use. It was based within the hotel's annex building. It had a proper door lock on it and the key to the room came with another key to get into the annex building door. It...

There is little doubt the hotel is dated and looks tired however for the price you pay is good value for money. You can not fault the service the staff are very good and friendly and very welcoming. The food is very...

A shabby dated hotel . We stayed one night for a show . The very least you expect is a nights sleep . Impossible as the room was freezing . Worn out furniture and a joke of a tiny bathroom . Avoid at all costs

The place, at this weekend, was mainly older people, on coach tours it seems, but they all add to the fun of the place. the pool was nice and water warm enough for this time...

It was clean and tidy and a good price for 1 night. The decor is oldy worldy but I like things a litre different. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a few mins walk away in the town centre this saved on taxi fares. I would use again the only bad thing was having...
