Such a fantastic place to say. It was by luck we found it but so glad we did. We will 100% be back purely because the staff treatment was excel! The manager of the hotel is the most welcoming helpful person I've ever met. This will hopefully be a regular thing for me. Having one to the hotel with my...

Paid about £300 for 3 nights. The room was small although the bathroom was nice. There was live entertainment on most nights which didn't finish until 22:30-23:00 so it was noisy. The hotel is a bit shabby and for what it is, I think it's expensive. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Whilst I was there I saw a guy...

I selected this hotel based on the very good reviews and it did not disappoint. The location was great being a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The hotel itself is slightly dated but this adds to its Charm and Character. The Staff led by Emma are extremely helpful, friendly and great fun. My Kids loved the hotels Pool....

Staying at the Durley Grange feels like you have been welcomed into a new family. The breakfasts are really good and filling, we had the Sunday roast which was like home cooking, the Yorkshire was huge, none of your frozen in the oven for 4 minute ones. The staff really do make this hotel, always had time to have a...

What more could you ask for? We stayed for one night as a family of four with two adjoining rooms (208 and 209). The rooms were quiet, so we all got a good night's sleep. The staff were amazingly friendly, like amazingly, lots of fun and banter. The cooked breakfast was great quality and included in the price. We did...

The pluses first very friendly staff, lovely breakfast great to have fried bread, evening meals good, entertainment very good. The minus points swimming pool was cold, would have been nice to have a better outside place to sit rather than a tiny terrace accessed through a conservatory full of old furniture and washing.

There are plenty of hotels in Bournemouth, but the Durley Grange stands out for it's customer service and friendly and professional staff. Added bonus is the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms are as you would expect from this price range, but for value, welcome, cleanliness, food and location, it would be hard to...

Another fantastic family holiday spent at the durley grange. 5 days in the warmest and friendliest hotel. From the warm welcome on arrival the hotel and staff just keep giving. They go above and beyond to make us and most importantly our children feel welcome and looked after. We holiday as 2 adults in our 30s with our 3 year...
