My husband and I meet up with friends every January for a long weekend at this hotel but this year we were appalled at the state of our room and bathroom. The window was broken so the room didn't get warm. Damp patches on the ceilings but worst of all the bathroom was in a bad state. The tiling on...

Just called into the lounge for coffee. Pleasant, comfortable lounge with a lovely lawn to overlook before the bay. Our coffee was excellent and served with a smile. Average cost. Cake was available for a little extra, they looked good but we were not tempted today.

We needed to visit Bournemouth unexpectedly and it is a trek from where we live, so we wanted to stay overnight. It was December and we were lucky to get a discounted rate at this hotel. We had a terrific room. Very spacious, lovely comfy bed, with a high quality bathroom and shower. No traffic noise, or noisy neighbours, which...

What makes the Savoy Hotel stand out from other hotels is the friendliness of the staff. As soon as we arrived we requested a room change due to a leaking shower and this was swiftly obliged with the minimum of fuss'. Our room (320) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot shower took its time to get going, but once hot...

Attended a Christmas party at the Savoy. Food and service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is right on the sea front with lovely sea views and a short walk into town. I have stayed at this hotel before during the air show and thoroughly enjoyed the private garden.
