Ours was a party of six celebrating my Sister-in-Laws birthday. I have never been to a Turkey and Tinsel holiday before but I really enjoyed myself. The hotel has 55 rooms and a lift. Our room was on the 2nd floor but was spacious with a double bed and a single in an alcove. Bed and breakfast and dinner were... More

We stayed here for 1 night as exhibition on in the town. We booked it as very reasonable and close to the town. When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly happy service who checked us in to our room. The room was a double room but would say Is rather small. Only one plug point in whole room... More

The hotel was recently refurbished. The rooms are rather small with only one bedside cabinet, the other side being a wardrobe so no bedside lights just 2 in the ceiling above the head of the bed. The bedside cabinet had drawers and there was also a desk iwth 2 drawers but limited space for clothes. The ensuite is very small.... More

We stayed in this hotel because of the price we got it for. £48!the hotel has a pool which is the warmest I've ever been in. There is a sauna and hot tub. We had a few problems with the room but did not complain because so cheap( toilet seat broken should be replaced!) Short walk to the beach and... More

This hotel is ideally located for both the beach and the town centre and is in walking distance of both. All of the staff are amazing and will do everything they can to make you welcome. The hotel was reasonable and no complaints at all. But the food was excellent. Really surprised by the quality. We were attending a large function and pre-ordered dinner. What excellent service. Everything was served hot, plenty of vegetables, I ate salmon one night, beef the other .... and both were beautiful. Very pleased!

Having been away from the hotel for some time, I was glad to return to the hotel. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and I had a very nice relaxing time. I hope to return in the not to distant future and find it as good as it is now.

we like Bournemouth except it's hilly, so if any body has problems with walking I would suggest getting the lift back from the beach as it can be a bit of a slog. We stayed at The New Westcliff hotel. The hotel is ok the rooms are clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable but the bathroom could do with... More
