Easy booking, helpful staff, lovely hotel full of character, well located. Breakfast was good, beware of pool, goes from shallow to deep to quickly for little children. I had whirlpool bath in on suite, lovely experience

The room was good but a little stale smell and very creaky floorboards. The bed was not very comfortable but very clean great wifi. The swimming pool had mouldy ceiling and condensation water dripping from mould into the water. Bar was good. Staff were great. Overall a good pitstop for one night

We stayed at the Norfolk hotel for two nights and we were very pleased. Great location, staff were all very efficient, room lovely 319, meals excellent, however the cream tea we had in the lounge area was a bit expensive @ £6.95 each plus a £5.00 tray service total £18.90 for one scone each tea and coffee.

What a great find. We came across this hotel on hotels.com and were pleased to find they had an Executive Double room over the August Bank Holiday weekend and reasonably priced too. Lovely old hotel, loads of character from a bygone age. We chose it mainly for it's central location. Close enough to all the great bars and restaurants that...

Lovely hotel, lovely friendly, helpfull staff and food. If i was to mention something, it would be that the car park charge is not mentioned, not even during checkin! Its £14 per day, and we told it was stated in the paperwork , so if your the type of person tht reads every word on every page, you wont have any...

Excellent location, the downstairs area has been updated beautifully, the breakfast was good, the next step would be to update the rooms, we stayed for one night and it was fine. I had read reviews that the floors were creaky upstairs and yes they certainly were but this did not cause us any issue.
