Excellent hotel with one exception. The room was very warm and with the window open there was a lot of traffic noise. Perhaps a fan would have been of benefit? Perhaps this is something the management could look in to supplying.

Very clean hotel, bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Lovely buffet breakfast Staff are all extremely friendly and very pleasant - they clearly love their job and working at the hotel, which creates a good atmosphere. The hotel is excellently located very close to the town and is just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely return again...

This was our second visit to the Norfolk Royal Hotel and both times the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. This time was just for one night before setting off on our honeymoon and they put a bottle of champagne out for us upon arrival which was a nice surprise!

As ever, greeted warmly by friendly receptionists, who assisted with the parking arrangements without issue. The property is ageing, but it's located so centrally to Bournemouth you can hardly complain. The pool is pleasant and the bar is equally good. We didn't try the restaurant at any point as we prefer roaming for breakfast elsewhere. My only negative was specific...

We booked this trip for the boys to got to Man U v Bournemouth on Sun 14 Aug. As usual i looked at the recent reviews of the hotel and chose to book an Executive room with breakfast rather than just a double room on room only basis as our friends did. As stated by others this is an old...

My husband and I together with close friends re-visited the Norfolk Royale in Bournemouth last weekend. This hotel is listed as a 3* and whilst decoratively this is definitely the case, the service and restaurants are great. Again we were treated to outstanding service by Annabelle who is in charge on the restaurant, her personal touch, respect and expertise at...

Nice building from 1800 , situated near to city centrum and near to the beach, average breakfast, large rooms but no air condition, sometimes problem with hot water, has parking place, but not free, good afternoon tea. Recomended if you like beautiful old buildings. Mira 01295 266560
