Had a great afternoon tea with friends. The food was tasty and fresh, with finger sandwiches, home-made scones and a good selection of cakes. Delicious raspberry cocktail went perfectly. Highly recommended.

Was invited for afternoon tea and even though I live locally, had never visited this hotel before. Was extremely impressed with the lovely, relaxing public rooms and the outside terrace which was a real sun trap. Also, lots of parking at the back of the hotel, which in this area, very close to beautiful beach, the centre of town and...

Ideally situated up the hill from the pier and gardens, this popular hotel has a decent sized dining room, a modest ballroom, and a fitness complex (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym) downstairs. We had a top floor (3rd floor) bedroom, well away from the street noise from the busy road. The shower and hair dryer worked well, the toiletries...

For the second time this year, a dancing weekend at this venue. Good sized ballroom, lovely facilities and very helpful and attentive staff. The swimming pool is small only 5ft 3" at its deepest but is still worth a try. There is a shower with shower gel provided, toilet and a built in hair dryer. It is not supervised so parents...

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good, and staff were pleasant. The hotel is in a very good location, and has a large car park and a pool. The breakfasts were good,...

Lovely hotel with swimming pool. Location is really good being a five minute walk from centre of Bournemouth and Pier. Parking at rear which is a great bonus. Room was excellent. Not to be faulted at all.

Hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities and location is perfect. Loved my room! Food was good but it could do with more vegan and gluten free options! Overall I enjoyed my stay there!

First visit to Bournemouth due to a work conference. You don't need much in a hotel room as at the end of the day you're just sleeping and washing there. Can't complain - free reliable wifi, hot running water and nice size towels. Breakfast was enjoyable, started each day with a full English, shame no black pudding but I suppose...

The hotel was comfortable, but on the floor above us was a young family. We were woken every morning by the sound of a child running across the room, then the parent(s) were up and about.
