We had a lovely stay, staff were lovely and it was nice to have everything right, room and staff were good will definitely stay again - already planning on coming again next month if we get the chance...Much better than some other hotels nearby

I think others on this page have given you the answer. The staff are lovely, helpful and courteous. Food is good and interesting. Some rooms are dated and need a refurbishment but are always clean. If you have booked a superior room no doubt it will be larger and better presented. We were in "Economy Class" and received an economy room. Not complaining, you get what you pay for!
