Appalling customer services, seems to only cater for stag and hen do's. We had booked for two night on a KGB deal so did not expect 5 star hotel, on our first night where kept awake for 3 hours by a very vocal couple above our room, at 1.45am decide to go to the night porter, as I approached him...

Very tired decor, frayed and torn carpets, particularly on stairs and in the breakfast room. Tasteful silver duct tape carpet repair outside our room. Direct view of the opposite hotel which likewise looked straight into our window which did not have net curtains and our main curtains were flimsy and didn't stretch right across. The bedroom wall had dents in...

Having read some of the reviews I was rather apprehensive as to what we might find. However despite the hotel being in need of some upgrading which is ongoing I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank Matt, his family and staff or making our stay most welcoming. The room we had was average sized but adequately equipped and...

Great hotel, SO close to the beach, staff were so helpful and made you feel really welcome. We eat in the restaurant both nights and breakfast was really nice as well. Rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Would go back again.

Bourne Hall Hotel My, wife and I and two friends of ours visited this hotel on 05 and 06 July, we were on a living social deal. I must start by saying that at £99 (plus £20 supplement) for 2 nights BB&EM it was a bargain. First impressions were that it looked a little tired, unkempt and generally in need...

I stayed here for 3 months whilst working in Bournemouth. The hotel is basic, but clean and tidy. Also very big with a lot of space in general. The new owners are very genuine, kind, warm, hospitable and friendly. This is not 5 star accommodation, but definitely the best value for money place in Bournemouth if you're looking for a...
