My grandparents had an afternoon tea vouture as a gift. So glad we went with as it was hard to move around for the less able. Had tea in the lounge with sofas and chairs (lack of tables and chairs). Tables were not clean and service was less than average. Afternoon tea was average (clearly not freshly made). Was a...

stayed one night in this hotel. Staff on arrival and departure were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, good size room, good bathroom. But there was black mould on one of the walls above the wardrobe. I wanted a non caffeine hot drink before bed. Took me a while to find the drink tray hidden in the TV cupboard. Then...

We looked for a hotel when visiting central Bournemouth in November and the Royal Bath looked good from the pictures. It is a very grand hotel which is now dated but retains much of it's original character. We were given a room on the second floor which was spacious and overlooked the sea. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff made...

stayed at this hotel recently and was dissapointed that the disabled facilities were not very good. firstly it was hard trying to get anywhere in a wheelchair especialy on the ground floor. if you want to go to the lounge or bar i had to leave wheelchair at the top of the steps down. not a good idea. The food...

Stayed here 17th-21st October, room was nice, a bit dated but perfectly acceptable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, both at breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is located in an ideal place, handy for the beach and pier, plus just a short walk into the town centre for the shops and restaurants.would definitely stay here again.

I think Britannia Hotels should spend a lot of money on this very run down hotel. The condition throughout the whole of the establishment is disgusting. How people can pay a lot of money to stay here during the summer months beats me. Thank goodness the room was warm on a very cold night and we had a very quiet...

Two Stars is being generous ....room ok,staff ok,breakfast wish we never bothered. The whole place needs an uplift sooner than later if you plan to stay open and competitive. They were even charging guests £4 to use the leisure facilities and a £1 for use of a towel.
