Booked a room through agoda, somehow the room requirements got lost in translation so I needed the room to be changed. Lady at the reception quickly help fixed my problem only that she refreshed both of my keycards that left me no way to grab my bags from the original room. So after walking back and forth to the reception...

I love this hotel, right on the sea front, easy access to town centre and BIC. Lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast was fantastic, and staff lovely people. Sea view rooms are were the money! Thank you to the team at royal bath.

The Royal Bath has long been a landmark hotel in prosperous Bournemouth. However, my last morning visit was a disappointment. It was deserted at the entrance, and the main bar had two staff who ignored me while arguing loudly about how to make cappuccino. I went to the pretty garden, passing one of the waiters at the doorway. He again...

The welcome to the hotel was atrocious! Change of staff definitely God knows what we can expect for the rest of the stay considering it's an 80th birthday celebration we are here for! And my poor uncle was accused of not paying infront of other guests in the most rude manner I've ever come across! Never would I recommend this...

I have now read the reviews on Trip Advisor and my only regret is that I didn't review them sooner. The hotel has a lovely garden/bar area and this is where the good comments end. The Royal Bath is the Ryan Air of hotels in Bournemouth and home to all hotel staff lacking in customer service skills. Throughout our stay...

The following is my story of the Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth, the single most disappointing hotel experience in all my years of travelling. I should also highlight that I have not reviewed anywhere before as no matter how bad the hotel, restaurant or whatever else, I have always tried to find the good and simply decided not to return...

We arrived at 1 pm knowing this was too early. We were advised the room would not be available until 3 pm. I signed the paperwork offered but had to go back to work leaving my wife to move into the room at 3 pm. When she returned she was told she would not be allowed access as they had...

I booked for a spa hotel well located on the coast and having stayed before about 4 years ago. Unfortunately the spa isn't included in spite of all the pictures of the pool, gym and focusing on spa facilities. When you arrive in the room the hotel has a letter saying you have to pay additional fees! This as well...

Staff on the whole are miserable with a customer repellant attitude. Its a pound for a locker, four pounds for the use of the pool, you get the picture. Not even a biscuit to eat in the room with coffee that even Farmfoods wouldnt sell. Having said that it has amazing views through the uncleaned moldy windows. Dont bother with...

Stayed here on a National Holidays coach tour. Our room was quite big but didn't think the beds were very comfy. A good cooked breakfast to start the day, the evening meals nothing to write home about. Whatever happened to waiter/waitress service! Entertainment each evening excellent. On the whole a nice hotel and you do get what you pay for...
