We went at the end of February for 5 days. The hotel, food and holiday were excellent. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the beech or town centre but you are on top of the hill. The hotel does not have sea view rooms.

A friend recommended Alfa Tours to me and the trip was excellently organised. I stayed at this hotel from 13 February until17 February and it was comfortable, good food with plenty of choice, and Marina the manageress organised her staff well to give extremely good service. No complaints. I was in a single room which was on the small side,...

Overall good experience. Stayed weekend of 10th - 13th February 2017. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very good entertainment over the 3 night stay. Dining times staggered so no long wait for service. Bathroom a little jaded with small shower cubicle. Bit of a walk into town centre but close to beach - two streets away. Value for money hotel.

We went on a coach holiday over the Christmas period and found the food and service up to a good standard. The entertainment was also excellent. The hotel is set back from the front and in need of some more renovation. Room 314 was a small double.

My husband and I went on a Christmas Break with Alpha Coach Tours to this hotel. First impression on arrival was not good as it has a very small frontage and is directly on the street but once inside our mood lifted. The Manager, Marianna, worked so hard to ensure that everybody was happy and enjoying themselves. We have participated...

Stayed at Devon Towers Hotel 21st-25th November 2016. Enjoyed it very much. All the hotel staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They could not do enough for us. The meals were varied with generous portions. The evening entertainment was good. Half an hour bingo followed by an artist playing an instrument. Every night was pleasant entertainment, singing...

Good Value for money Holiday - As usual for Alpha, attended with our Probus Group from Frinton-on-sea. Food was of a suitable standard, but with limited choices for some guests. A comment we came across often was that though the rooms were very acceptable related to the price, however the bathrooms were very cramped and the showers would not suit...

Our room was comfortable & it had tea & coffee making facilities & out of 100 I would probably give it 50. There was a lift to all floors but we had too go along two corridors too get to it. We thought the hotel would benefit from a refurbishment. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful & the...
