I had 5 days with Alfa Tours, with Dad and Mum. Staff were fantastic they were very up-beat and keen to please. The tours were not supported though and as the people are older they do not want to be dropped off in shopping centres...More
We really liked this friendly hotel. A good selection of food for each meal, the waiters couldn't do enough for us.
The room was roomy with twin beds and a shower.

As previous replies, Bournemouth is very hilly and station is a fair distance away. Taxi is best as even by bus you would still have to walk a few streets with your luggage and unless you are very fit forget the bus.
