We were fortunate to have been placed in the best room in the house! Their property and hospitality was absolutely first class. Toby and Genia were very helpful and knowledgable. Very friendly, spotlessly clean, and their breakfast - ingredient selection and consistency in presentation to rival many hotels. We would definitely go back and would recommend anyone to do the...

We stayed for just one night and it was fab. The room was clean, comfortable, the ensuite was excellent. We took our dog and had no problem whatsoever. The hosts took time to tell us where to walk him, which was very convenient and also a lovely walk. The breakfast was first class with a huge choice We would recommend...

My daughter and I really enjoyed this B & B. The room was very comfortable, and the ensuite shower looked very new. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of it. The host had plenty of good advice about what to see in the area. You get your own front door key, so you can come and go as you like....

I stayed for three nights over the bank holiday weekend as was going to a friend's 50th birthday, in room 4 which was on the ground floor. The room had views over the surrounding countryside and I was impressed by the availability of fresh milk which you could help yourself to from the fridge in the kitchen, ground coffee and...

My husband and I booked this bed and breakfast as they are dog friendly, but decided to have a "dog sitter" at the last minute. The room was a separate annexe with its own front door off the car park. It was a good size with plenty of storage space and lots of coat hangers. It even had dogs on...

Our room was a good size with an extra large comfortable bed. The bathroom was well decorated and very clean. The room looked freshly painted and well maintained. The public entrance areas less so but this is the right way round. The owners were friendly and clearly care about their business providing an excellent breakfast. There were some really nice...

Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The beds were some comfortable. The place was exceptionally clean. As I was leaving before the breakfast would be served, I was brought into the dining room and shown where all the breakfast cereals and bread was located so that I could eat something before I left early. The hotel is...

Stayed here for two nights with some friends. Owners very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us! Even allowing us to check in early when they found out that we had booked a lunch table at a nearby pub. Rooms nicely decorated and breakfast fresh and plentiful. Short walk down to town centre so handy for restaurants and bars. Nice...

Only stayed one night in Totnes whilst visiting Devon. Delighted we choose this B&B, as very comfortable well fitted rooms, plenty of car parking spaces, and a fantastic cooked breakfast. Only 10 minutes level walk into the town centre. Extremely nice owners. Absolutely ideal for visitors to the area. Hope to return next year.
