This is a lovely place to stay, Roy and Kath are a lovely couple and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was really nice and cooked to perfection and had lots of choice. I have stayed at The Patricia twice now and me and my family absolutely loved it , Roy&Kath are lovely and couldn't fault them in any problems you have , they sort it , rooms are always clean , breakfast couldn't be any better .. We, recently stayed at the Patricia for nights. Very well located half mile from the rail station, a short distance form beach ,shops, The Harbour, and town. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. First class breakfast cooked with quality ingredients by our cheerful and frieldly host. Good value for money. What more could you want?

Wonderful greeting. Kindly carried bags up the stairs. Room was clean and the best bed I have experienced in any accomadation. Room is quiet and private. Breakfast was the best we have come across in any b & b in our travels. Great proximity to everything to see. 10 out of 10.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and welcoming management, just a short stroll to the beach and breakfast was amazing and rooms were very clean, shower was great hot water straight away, would be more then happy to stay again

Just returned from a four Day break at the Patricia been before several times always get a warm welcome from the owners Roy and Kathy Hamilton who go out of their way to make you feel at home breakfast is cooked just the way we like it and plenty toast and cereals to choose from we will certainly return in...

we have stay here just for a night weve meet some friends from greece ..:the room was very nice modern mixed with old :) the restaurant very nice is like u go back in time ... finnaly had a food with taste :) ... wAs such a relaxing break :) ... thabk you

Just returned from a nights stay with 16 ladies on a hen night. The owner was very cautious about letting us stay when booking but after some reassurance he allowed us. The hotel is lovely, it's like your typical seaside b&b but very clean and the decor is very homely and comfortable. The en suite showers all look very new...

Visited the Patricia this weekend on a hen night. Lovely clean place to stay, very pleasant owners, very good value for money, all was immaculate, clean bedding & shower en suite. I would definatly recommend and will be going back. P.s breakfast was lush 👍👍

The Patricia Guest House is a charming Victorian town house built Circa 1871 and retains many period features, We are ideally situated in a central position within Torquay with the Town Centre and Sea front being approximately a 6 minute walk away, Tor Abbey and The Riviera Centre is approximately a 3 minute walk. Paignton, Babbacombe, Teignmouth, and Brixham are a short drive or bus journey away. We have a large comfortable guest lounge available with a Licenced Bar, you can also sit relax and read one of our many books which you are welcome to loan or play a board game.
