The Cleveland lives up to its reputation from other reviews. The room was perfect and spotless and a nice welcome gift too. Breakfast was delicious, recomend the scrambled egg especially. Produce is locally sorced too. All in all i cant recomend them enough and will use again (infact have booked next stay already)

My second stay at The Cleveland... and again it did not disappoint. A genuine, warm greeting and a complimentary pot of tea is offered. Then you are shown to your room, whereby you'll find a little sweet welcome gift on the bed! The room itself is clean, hygienic, airy and with a comfortable temperature. The room has all the necessary...

I stayed at The Cleveland this weekend with my family. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfy. The small touches really made the stay extra special: the homemade fudge on the bed and the homemade banana bread served with the tea on arrival. Breakfast had a great variety and Lissanne was happy to offer advice about...

We were visiting Torquay for a conference, and had decided to come as a family, including our 7 month old baby. We'd never travelled with him before so naturally were abit apprehensive but Matt was very accommodating and understanding - we had a baby chair at breakfast always ready in the mornings. Speaking of breakfast - it was always lovely!...

This place really ticked all the boxes for my wife and I. We'd previously been staying in another 'top-rated' B&B but was on a very busy road so the traffic noise kept us awake. No problems with that here. Nice peaceful location and the warmest and friendliest of greetings from Matt holding his new 2 week old baby. Couldn't fault...
