I'm not the owner, but stayed there on a National Express Holiday. The hotel is not 5 star, but gave us a very good service. Food was of decent quality. The room was clean and the bedding and towels changed daily. The staff we found to be very helpful. When we stayed there, there were 5 coach loads, and considering the demands they must have had to deal with, they passed with flying colours for me. Would definitely stay there again. If they were as bad as some of the reviews posted, National Holidays would remove their custom.
