Definately will be going back, it's impressive enough to go back with a loved one and be confident they'll be impressed! Great breakfast, very friendly service the only reason I'd hesitate to recommend it is that I dont want it too booked for me to book a return visit!

We stayed for a week last November for my birthday, the hotel is absolutely brilliant and both June and Carl are two of the nicest host we've ever had. (always willing to go the extra mile) the location of the place is also great, a two min walk from the harbour. All in all I would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at the Kingsholm for four nights in September 2014. The hotel is immaculate and the room was first class. Free wi fi, free parking, beautiful lounge and excellent hosts in June and Carl. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and delicious. the hotel itself is within walking distance of Torquay town centre and the harbour.

A lovely B&B run by lovely people. Clean, smart, efficient but with some friendly leg pulling thrown in. Very nice breakfast served very efficiently by the nice young man, while the nice young lady does the cooking! Second visit. We'll be back!

Our party's second visit to the Kingsholm (we took over 5 rooms between us) where we were made very welcome by Carl & June - nothing is too much trouble for them. Beautiful clean rooms where much thought has been given to guest's requirements. Lovely breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Many thanks Carl & June - hope to be visiting...

We have just spent a lovely weekend at the Kingsholm Hotel. The owners June and Carl were wonderful and couldnt have been more helpful, they go out of their way to make their guests have an enjoyable stay. The decor is fresh and everywhere is clean.
