This small hotel never disappoints you. It's a very well decorated hotel with lovely features. I love the lights. There is a mix of holiday let's and a self catering apartment which makes it an interesting place to visit. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. You are very near to the beautiful Ansteys Cove and amenities. Kents...

Had a wonderful two week stay at this hotel. Five minutes walk to Ansteys Cove, two minutes to the local shops and cafes at Wellswood. Our room was brilliant with all that you need for a holiday, flat screen TV and coffee and tea making facility. It was also newly decorated and m with loved the Laura Ashley wallpaper. Owner...

I booked two rooms at this hotel for myself and my Mother, for a 3 day break in the Bay. Anstey's Lea is typical of the large Victorian houses in the area - big doors, high ceilings with beautiful cornicing and an imposing entrance hall. My Mum's room, within the main house, was beautifully decorated, to an excellent standard with...

What a dreadful owner/manager. He has a mean, unwelcoming attitude and no manners at all, treated me with total disrespect. He has set timings for hot water and turns it off. He services the room only every other day as you see from his scrappy notices on every wall. No mention of this on booking website. In his rule book...

I would like to stay at Ansteys Ley Hotel. Many thanks Kind...

We stayed in one of the self catering apartments, it was AMAZING!! Everything was clean and tidy, the proprietor was friendly and helpful. The view from our bedroom was amazing. Both bedrooms were ensuite, tv's in the bedrooms and the lounge/diner, the kitchen area was more than adequate for what we needed, I cooked both in the evening and breakfast...

I stayed in the hotel for 6 days and it was a great experience. Owners are very friendly, the apartments have everything you need, clean and tidy, warm atmosphere, fast wifi. Just 15 minutes walk from Babbacombe stunning seaviews. The place is so nice that I did not want to leave.
