Lovely guest house in a great location in the centre of Plymouth, with parking on-site. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Plymouth.

Good guest house, great breakfast. Friendly staff, phoned taxis and advised on the area. Nicely situated near the Ho. Fits the bill if you want a bolt hole for the night and a good nights sleep. I'd go back again.

I was in Plymouth for work and decided to try this place instead of the Hilton nearby. It was a good choice. Spacious comfortable room; electric shower (ok), very clean and well maintained. Friendly owner and excellent breakfast. Well located for the centre of town. Very good value, I thought. Last check in is 9.30pm which is understandable in a...

I stay in Plymouth quite frequently, saw this Guest house and always thought how convenient it was with location and parking so I thought I'd give it a whirl instead of staying in one of the larger chains. When we arrived, parked right out front, eliminating any expensive parking fees, great. Very friendly greeting and we were shown to our...

We stay at this hotel w/c 15th Sept. The hotel was ideally situated by the Hoe and a few minutes walk to the centre of town. The hotel is well presented with comfy rooms, friendly greetings and excellent food. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All you could wish for at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend...

Landlady made us feel very welcome, gave us a lot of tips on what to visit in Cornwall, cooked varied and tasty breakfast. Spacious, clean, comfy en suite rooms with everything you need. Free, solid WiFi throughout.

Thank you for your review we are glad you enjoyed your stay. However, I must point out that it was my husband who cooked your breakfasts, so I can't take all the praise for myself.

had a lovely 3 night break here in August. Excellent location, about 10 minutes walk to shopping centre, 2 minutes walk to the Hoe, about 20 minutes walk to the Barbican area. We stayed in a king size room, the room was really large there was also a single bed so think this room is also used as a family...

Thank you for your review. We have upgraded some of our en-suite shower rooms although we still have more to do. It is in the pipeline as they say! Pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us.

AVOID 100% we (2 people) arrived at 8pm after a 2 hour drive knock on the door and rude man answers the door with a smug look on his face and he says "yes" not hello or welcome he then says "no alcohol" we have one bottle of wine in our hands,- fair enough that's fine. He said we have...
