The rooms are clean, huge beds, excellent breakfast. I had a room facing the main road and during the night it was a bit noisy, but a part from this the place was really great. Also, the door makes a huge noise :)

For the price it is, the hotel is very good. Two cons: 1) the bathroom could be a bit nicer and 2) doors make a lot of noise in the evening/morning since they don't seem to shut properly in a lot of rooms. But other than that the hotel is pleasant: the rooms are modern and include coffee/tea-making sets, and... More

Ideally located just a short walk from Plymouth City centre, with plenty of parking options nearby. Really friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was extra, but reasonable with a choice of self serve options. Overall great value & would stay again.

We booked this place last minute as we decided to stay in Plymouth after watching a gig at the Plymouth pavilions. We stayed in 334 and it was very clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed for a nights stay. I would have liked a biscuit with my coffee but that's just me being picky! There was a slight... Booked this night just a few days before on Tripadvisor as it was the best deal and availability. We have stayed before so finding the car park entrance wasn't a problem just wished we'd arrived well before the Bingo as there were no spaces left. We were lucky to find a space nearby then moved it into the carpark before... More

Room was relatively small but exceptionally clean. Reception staff very pleasant and very helpful. Food and drink good, with restaurant and bar food available. The only downfall was the parking facilities which were a shared lower level car park that closed at 11pm. A bit daunting for female patrons if they were on their own.

Friendly welcome at reception I had phoned two days before to ensure had a cot .When arrived to room no cot however phoned reception and issue was resolved quickly. The hotel is conveniently located 5/10 minutes from town centre and same as the hoe/Barbican. A comfortable night sleep. The hotel does not... More

Such good value for money. Was a really nice hotel, modern and very clean. Great size room, beds really comfy. Had breakfast the second morning, was delicious, wish I had gone there the first too. We ended up parking at Drake Circus as the carpark under the hotel/Gala Bingo was full, it was only £12 for 24 hours and plenty... More

The hotel is really modern. The hotel is big and the bedroom was really clean and up to date. Our first dinner was spent in the hotel restaurant, Sophie was a professional waitress, was really talkative and friendly make us feel welcomed. Food was extremely delicious, congrats to the chefs. Really friendly staff. Parking is a little bit annoying as... More
