This hotel exceeded expectations on literally ALL accounts with the exception of the lack of air-conditioning/air control in the rooms within the recent building extension. The staff at the hotel provided exceptional service, the room furnishings were clean & comfortable and the food at the adjoining Beefeater was out of this world. Room 136 had a floorstanding fan running &...

There was no-one offering to help carry cases up a flight of stairs so my partner had to do it alone making 2 trips out to car park & up the stairs. Air conditioning in room supplies heat only & therefore in mid-summer had to listen to a fan all night or open the window & listen to the very...

Hi Millie Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. It really matters to us that our guests enjoy every aspect of their stay. We sincerely apologise that on this occasion our hotel fell far short of your expectations. As we don't have air con at the hotel, the housekeeping team will try to reduce...

Quite tricky to get to if you don't know the area. You can see it from the roundabout but the entrance is not obvious. Breakfast not so good, not enough food made available quickly enough, customers queueing for some items meaning the food already on your plate got cold.

This Premier Inn is amazing place to stay. With good size rooms and very comfortable beds and extremely friendly staff it is one of the best places to stay. There are many plugs dotted around the room as well as mirrors which is very handy if you're getting ready for a function. Overall, it's a great hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular Premier Inn and I was really pleased with the room, the friendly staff, etc. The Breakfast would have been very good value but they were having stock control issues so some things missing. They also need to get the food out more efficiently as people were having to wait...

I use Premier Inns regularly although I have concerns that the prices they are charging are climbing at an alarming rate. This one was £116 for a Saturday night and it's still a 15 minute cab ride from town. The entrance is on a busy roundabout and I suspect I am not the only one who drove straight past this...

Lucky I looked on Google Maps first, otherwise I would never have found the entrance to the car park as it is not signposted. Others have previously complained about this but nothing has been done about it yet. Once inside, we were welcomed by very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Our room was a long walk to the far end of...

We (my sister and I) stayed at the Marsh mills Premier inn whilst visiting family in Plymouth. We stayed at this location last year and enjoyed our stay then which is why we stayed here again this year. We liked the location as it is straight on/off the A38 motorway. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite it just off a...
