Clean rooms, Excellent services and staffs. Read few reviews before selecting on Parking, but never faced one. Always a slot available even with fully booked hotel, busy and crowded restaurant. Of course not always close to the main entrance. Quite rooms as our rooms was faced to the car park. Breakfast was great. Controlling the AC unit to maintain temperature...

New rooms . Unfortunately, ventilation noisy and could not be turned off - OK the next night. Interconnecting door not soundproof- disturbed until 01:00. Not believed by reception. Multiple irrelevant excuses. Excellent arrival receptionist; poor departure one.

Hi Chris Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I'm sorry to hear of the noise disturbance you experienced from the ventilation and interconnecting door in your room, this certainly isn't the usual experience we expect for our guests. I have raised this with the Hotel Management Team and also sent you a private message in order to...

We stayed for 3 nights from 3rd February 2017 and had a brilliant time. The hotel itself is very good, room fantastic and 3 good nights sleep. We only had breakfast but could not fault them at all and all of the staff could not do enough for us. We will certainly visit again

We had a lovely stay at the Premier inn. The bed was so comfortable. I really struggle to sleep usually but not here! The room was so quiet you really wouldn't of known you were so close to a main road. The location was perfect. Only an 8 minute drive from Plymouth centre and right across the road to Sainsbury's.

We stayed here because it was close to the A38, to allow us an easy passage to Torpoint to attend a passing out parade. Only complaint was the poorly indicated access to get into the Inn. On a dark wet night the access can missed resulting in a lengthy detour to get back.

A hotel is not just about all the things we expect like a comfy bed, etc. It's also (more importantly) about ensuring your stay is MEMORABLE for the right reasons. This is an honest review, so let's start with the room. Great: quiet, clean and welcoming. Despite a few quirks ?(water not switching off once), I haven't felt this at...

We recently stayed here for 1 night, for visiting friends and family. Everything was fine, except the road noise! We asked for a new room, which we got, but sadly it faced the main road and the noise was awful, all night long. (room 140) good job we take ear plugs, but even these didn't help very much. The staff...

Rooms clean, and good size. Bed good. Wi-Fi good. Receptionist excellent. Evening meal very good. Breakfast on first morning not great...better second morning when cooked to order. Service rating based on food service. Bit of road noise until later in evening.
