Booked online in Advance for weekend in Plymouth meeting friends. Checked in on line the day before arrival to save time. Arrived at about 6.30 in the evening to a busy reception but was dealt with very quickly. Managed to park in car park, but looks like finding a space at busy times could be a challenge although the receptionist...

Central location, within walking distance of city centre. Good value for money. Very Comfortable beds . Room a decent size. Quiet undisturbed night so able to get a good nights sleep. An excellent breakfast in true premier inn style. Lovely porridge and delicious soured dough crumpets too. Reception staff all very helpful and accommodating. Love the relaxed atmosphere here.

The bedroom was sweltering and the controls were only working centrally. I asked three times for the heating to be transfered to our room but nothing happened. We went to bed expecting the heating to change but slept in 28 degree heat ---we both felt ill. In the morning the Receptionist came to our room after complaining again and as...

We stayed here for one night after staying in Cornwall for a few days. My only gripe was that on arrival the car park had a lot of rubbish strewn around, this did not give a first good impression. It is a pay and display, but if your staying in the hotel they give you a pass to put in...

I thougt it brilliant my wife though the corridor doors made too much noise and kept her awake lots of the night. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We did not eat on the site because so much choice elsewhere. The beds were old ones I believe with a soft cover on it rather than the bespoke new ones.

Nice hotel, adequate parking and rooms nice and clean, only minuses were check in was a bit slow due to one person on desk trying to deal with customers who were paying by credit card and the machine was not working.eventually after a 15 minute wait someone else appeared and checked us in(....after a 4 hour drive that was the...

We stayed here whilst visiting Plymouth for a few days. It is very good value for money, helpful staff, clean rooms with plenty of room. The bar was good too. Extremely helpful to have it adjoining the Hotel. The car park is quite small but they do have an overflow one which is very close.

We stayed at the Premier Inn for one night and it was an excellent experience. This specific branch has very limited parking and we lost ours just after going out for dinner in the town. They do have an overflow car park which is about 2-3mins. walk (not bad really). The room we stayed in was spotless clean, the bed...
