The room temperature cannot be reduced below what Premier inn thinks is comfortable, only increased. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. Opening the window just made matters worse, the air con unit just upped the temperature. It could not be switched off.

Lockyers Quay Premier Inn such a high standard. Staff friendly and the bedroom fantastic. Walk in shower no trying to step in to a bath. The window to the bedroom opened . Can’t cope with the inns that have no opening windows feel shut in. Will definitely come again .

Great value for money in the heart of the Barbican. Currently the bridgeway, via the harbour locks, is not in operation which makes for quite a long walk into the bars and restaurants on the Barbican.

Great place to stay we had one of the new rooms and it was lovely. Even had an easy chair to sit in which I have never seen in a premier inn before! Really close to the harbour, about 10 minutes walking to the centre to all the shops and Xmas market. Plymouth hoe is very close to

Hi The website says "This hotel is being extended, we're sorry for any noise or inconvenience. There may be limited parking during this time." What impact is this currently having on car parking and inconvenience? Thanks
I didn’t experience any problem parking

Hi, is there secure parking on site? We plan to stay the night before catching the ferry and will have a trailer and bikes on the car. Are there cameras covering the car park and is this the hotel with car park barriers? Many thanks
Hi MDimbleby Thanks for your question, Chargeable Onsite Parking is available at £3 per 24hrs. The car park is barrier operated and has CCTV. There's no height restriction although large vehicles need to reserve a space. For more info, please visit the Premier Inn website or call the hotel directly on 0333 321 1392 (opt #). Hi we have friends who want to come to our wedding but need good disabled facilities as Steve had a bad motorbike accident and is paralysed from the neck down. He needs to travel with his wife and full time carer and have access to a roll in shower room. Are you able to accommodate the 3 of them over the weekend of fri 18th til mon 21st December?? If you don't have the facilities he needs do you know of anywhere that might.thanks for your help Sharon x
Hi Sharon, While we do have 3 accessible rooms here at Lockyers Quay, all three bathrooms are showers over lowered baths, you might be better looking at the Plymouth East Premier Inn as this one does have a wet room, your best bet is to contact Plymouth East and check that its available for your desired dates

We would like a twin room that is very quiet and with very comfortable beds, also can the hotel cater for my gluten free diet which is very important to me because I have no wish to be hospitalised.
Hello Fran R, All our twin rooms consist of a double bed and a single sofa bed. After you have booked with us, give us a call and we can put a request on to your booking for a quiet room. We can't 100% guarantee requests but we do always try our best to fulfill them. Our Table Table restaurant have gluten free options available as well, just talk to your waitress or waiter and they will be able to give you more information. If you would like to ask any other questions call us on 01752 254180. Jemma Reception Team Lockyers Quay Premier Inn
