Our family came to stay in the Anthony Cottage for 2 months between a stressful house move. The cottage was well equipped and clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners Richard and Sheila. My children loved all the animals especially when they could see the cows from the lounge...

We had a great short break at Traine Farm. Clowberry is very clean, warm and comfortable. On the farm itself we enjoyed going for a walk with the alpacas, and having the games room across the courtyard. The location is fantastic for rock pooling at Wembury Beach, getting easily into Plymouth (particularly via the nearby Mountbatten Ferry) and not far...

This is the 3rd year we have come back to Traine and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage and farm and surrounding area has enough to keep our 3 boys busy. They also enjoyed the Alpaca walking. The cottage was clean with everything you need for self catering. Sheila and Robert (the owners) are always helpful and happy to...

Stayed here with the family and had a great week The cottage was spotless and very comfortable with every thing you need. We cooked some nights but can recommend the Odd Wheel for dinner which is a 2minute walk down the hill. Also the Brook Inn is about 4miles away and good food with huge portions. The farm is in...

My family stayed there for a week at the end of July. The owners (Robert and Sheila) made us feel more than welcome. My 8 year old daughter particularly loved the pony ride on Copper, and walking the alpacas!

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay in Calmady cottage and we think we are in a good position for the beaches, lovely towns, Dartmoor and the historic ciry of Plymouth, so there are plenty of places to visit.

We stayed in Calmandy cottage, there was just 2 of us. It's a very comfortable welcoming cottage that provided us the perfect base to go off and explore the surrounding area. There is lots to do in the area and you are in the perfect place to get further afield. We went to the Eden Project, which took us just...

“Calmady Cottage is more suited to a family of 4 if your Kids are between 2 & 10. There is enough room in the second bedroom for a travel cot for a baby and as a family of 5 with young children (2, 4 & 6) we were happy with the space.”
