The location was excellent for the pavilion ,theatre and the town. parking was easily accessible outside the Hotel. Parking Tickets are available for £3 pound from the hotel. We...

Very rundown b and b . Unwelcoming land lady . Felt like we were naughty school kids when we arrived 5 mins late for breakfast ! To be honest wish we hadnt bothered it was cold uninteresting and cheap ! Rooms were cold damp and dreary..the only good thing as that we only stayed one night ! Never again .

Not sure what possessed me to come to this guest house, except that it was close to where I wanted to be in centre of Plymouth. Certainly I didn't read the reviews, which are broadly accurate, else I'd I have stayed at the holiday inn just down road, which at least has views over the park. The very pleasant owner/manager...

We stayed for two nights last year for a celebration weekend. The room was in such a bad state it should have not been offered. The wallpaper was falling off the wall. There were dirty stains on the carpet. We had two single beds pushed together. There was no handle on the bathroom door, rust on the bathroom fixings. The...

It wasn't the best experience for that reason. So, to be fair -for the price this would be a...

As a recently graduated student I was looking for a cheap but nice place in Plymouth to stay for a long weekend and stayed at the Citadel House with my girlfriend. Spent most of my time meeting friends and using the hotel mostly just for a place to sleep, for a nice place to rest ready for the next day....

Clean, friendly B&B (most certainly not a hotel). Very tired and really in need of full modernisation. Great location and easy to find but if you are looking for a hotel you will be very disappointed. Very helpful and friendly staff.
