Two night stay here. Victorian property, very close to restaurants, path/cliff funicular to Lynmouth and lots of walks. New owners, very helpful and friendly. Our room was on first floor at front of house, bright overlooking the rooftops of town. Adjoining single room, which we didn't use. Small bathroom with toiletries. Comfortable bed. Room not made up during our stay....

From the minute we arrived Bryan was a very pleasant and helpful host, our room was on the small side but made up for it in the cleanliness and facilities, the bed was very comfy with lovely bedding, it was a great to have bath sheets and also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. We put in our order for...

Good quality breakfast; friendly owner but: Room "Shoreline" is a very small room; tiny bath (shower and only hand wash basin + toilet in estimated less than 2 square meters) Parking restricted on road; Room was not made during 2 night's stay Property did not meet the expectations which we had because of the high ratings

From booking in to checking out, our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was comfortable and we slept well; which speaks volumes for the comfort of the bed. Some excellent walks suggested by our hosts, which proved to be very scenic and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when in Lynton and thoroughly recommend this B&B.

Room had everything we needed in it and lots of character on top. Lovely people who we got to know well who provided great service and personal recommendations of the surrounding attractions. Wonderful breakfasts made to order and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again soon!

Stayed at this B&B the night before a short walking trip on Exmoor. The rooms were light, clean, spacious and the bathrooms well stocked. Bryan and Julie were welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts were fab and generous. The B&B is in a great location near some good restaurants and we were also able to park our car without any...

Lynton is a wonderfully remote village in Exmoor/Devon. On the north coast of Devon with views of Wales on a clear day. This accommodation was pleasant and clean. Rooms were very small and the flat screen tv was extremely old and poor quality. The bathroom was also tiny. Ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay this property is not...

New owner, very welcoming & good local knowledge. Great location near the cliff railway. We had the top room with a views over the town, room to move and a soft bed. Highly recommended. Enjoyed our stay but should have been longer. Lynton a great place for hiking.

Stayed at the weekend as a treat for my parents who are celebrating their anniversary. We were able to check in early, Catherine left a gift for them on arrival which was so thoughtful. She was also very good with my 9 year old son and made him feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely with lots of yummy options too....
