Lovely, large ensuite room equipped with most conveniences. Friendly hostess and very nice breakfast. The farm location is very quaint and just a mile or so from the main road. Pub in nearby Whimple does good food at a reasonable price.

The farm is in an attractive rural location. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and breakfasts were lovely and unhurried. The garden is beautiful. Anthea made us welcome and we will happily stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights (10/11 March 2014) and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The welcome, facilities, atmosphere and cleanliness were all superb and the breakfasts set me up perfectly for each day. Lovely, restful setting and I'll certainly stay again.

I recently stayed here for 5 nights and, as we were family and coming and going on different days, I had the chance to stay in 2 of Anthea's 3 rooms. Both were lovely; spacious and well appointed with nice touches. Plenty of books to read which is always a nice touch, both in the rooms and in the residents...

An absolute gem of a find, stayed one night in October as we wanted something more personal than a faceless hotel. Very warm welcome from Anthea, the owner, as we got out of the car. We had a large double room which was spotless and comfortable and a huge en-suite with corner bath. The farm had a really relaxed atmosphere....

We stay for one night at the B&B in October. Anthea, the host, met us when we arrived and helped us with our luggage to our room and made us, and the dog, feel welcome. We had a very large double room looking out to the front of the house, with ensuite. All was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine,...

We were greeted at the kitchen door and immediately sensed the relaxed atmosphere which made our stay with young baby so much easier. Superb ensuite facilities and comfortable beds. We had ato abandon our plan to go out for an evening meal...

We stayed 2 nights over the last May bank holiday in this very high quality and dog friendly B+B near Exeter. We had the Kingsize room which was extremely comfortable with view of large beautiful garden which our black labrador loved. There were sachets of real coffee rather than the usual Nescafe. Delicious breakfast. Very beautiful tranquil spot. Whimple village...

This is a great B&B in the beautiful Devon countryside, but still very close to Exeter. We only stayed one night, but were most comfortable and very well looked after. Would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area.
