Nothing went wrong, I felt well provided for and the owners/staff were very friendly. Only one downer.. there was no bath mat for the shower! Overall very good.

Stayed just one night on business. Conveniently located for central Exeter, within a few minutes walk of both St Davids and Central railway stations. Very friendly, room was clean and comfy, all I needed for a one night stay. Would definitely use again.

Stayed for 2 nights, room was perfectly fine if a little small (but I am quite tall). Location is spot on just a couple of mins to walk into the centre of town. The owners were very friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. Permit parking on the road opposite was perfectly fine and useful.
