Beautiful room, well located for cathedral quarter and high Street, lovely breakfast with lots of options (fresh berries were a lovely touch). Good powerful showers and fresh coffee provided in rooms - lovely.

Found online when I was in Bideford, needed 2 night dog friendly stay for a funeral. The detail on the phone was excellent. The welcome was warm & helpful. The dog had her own bed provided & paw print blanket! Hospitality tray was great, breakfast way above average! The girls kindly looked after my dog when I went to the...

Great place with rooms overlooking peaceful garden you can sit in. Fair trade tea and coffee, their own eggs and flowers on the tables, local produce. Friendly staff although didn't meet the owner. Short walk into town and to railway station.

We received a very warm welcome. Service throughout, was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Fresh fruit for breakfast was lovely. Shower room was very small but this is a characterful, old house. Friendly, comfortable, close to town. Highly recommended.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. But had to park car several streets away, walk back up the hill, get a parking permit then walk to the car again and back. Not the owners' fault, but not really what you want at the end of a long day with heavy bags. Room (downstairs, single) was tiny with no wardrobe to hang clothes...

My and a group of 4 other friends stayed at Town House Exeter back in November for a trip back to our University Town. The B&B was in a great location, really spacious rooms. The staff were really accommodating and were more than happy to set up and extra bed for us the second night when another friend joined us....

Overall a clean and pleasant B&B - Disappointed in the lack of parking but free parking permit when you find a space is good. Free Wifi is good too. Window blind in the Lorna Doone room does not cover the window which is not good as the uncovered part of the window results in it being impossible to get changed...

Needing just the one overnight stay in town, this B&B was excellent value. Good welcome, good sized twin room with compact bathroom easily heated by just the towel rail it was that small but it was very clean and the shower was fab. Room had all the items you'd need for an overnight stay. Breakfast was relaxed and lifted by...

We have been recommended this B&B by a friend of us and just spent 3 nights in this lovely town centre guesthouse (full of character) while visiting Exeter University. Town House is just few minutes walk from the town centre and about 10/15 mins from the University. The place is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and service really good with...
